On October 14, 2004, BAE Systems held a Nimrod reception. The choice of date was to be a big disappointment with morning fog
curtailing the display by Nimrod MR.2, XV244, which arrived from Kinloss. Also cancelled was a flypast by Nimrod PA01 on what
